The following scope of work was carried out:

• Procurement of piping materials, valves, bolts, gaskets and structural steel.

• Drafting of detailed structural steel drawings.

• Supply, fabrication and erection of steelwork.

• Galvanising of steel module.

• Fireproofing of steel module.

• Piping fabrication, NDT, surface treatment, erection and hydrostatic testing.

• Delivery of module to Caltex Refinery.
