IIM is one of Queensland’s largest fabricators of mechanical pipe spooling, pressure vessels, structural steel fabrication and site installations. We have enjoyed sustained growth since the Company’s foundation in 1974.
 
We have two neighbouring workshops, both on freehold premises.  Our 5000 sq meter fabrication workshop was the original workshop that has grown over the years to be what it is today. Our dual level 800 sq meter offices are located in front of this workshop.  A second workshop (1600 sq meters) next to the main fabrication workshop, is where we are able to complete skid & pipe assembly. IIM purchased the 20 000 sq meter property next door to the original workshop in 2014 and now has our 2200 sq meter paint shed with a 150 sq meter blast room.  
 
Both properties are strategically located in the heart of Brisbane’s industrial precinct with close proximity to the Port of Brisbane, the Gateway motorway and the domestic and international airports. The combined industry experience of our key personnel spans over 200 years and has ensured that we keep delivering quality and value to our customers.
