First fabricated in 2018, IIM has completed the same skids over several years (up to 2026)

The following scope of work was carried out:

Originally all materials were free issued, but recent projects IIM have procured all pipe & fittings including studs, gaskets, valves, regulators, drainers, flexible hoses, evaporation tanks, filters & SS tube

100% Visual Inspection of all welds

Hydrotesting

Painting of piping spools (2 -coat system)

Assembly including N2 testing & flange management sheets

Packaging of completed skids onto pallets for Transport to site
